Alumni Spotlight: Chandra Fleet

Bio

Chandra Fleet is an accomplished educational leader with over 12 years of experience advancing from special education teacher to schoolwide instructional leader across PK–12 settings. Her career is marked by a strong commitment to inclusive practices, instructional excellence, and collaborative leadership. Currently serving as Assistant Principal at Calvert Middle School, and having served as Acting Principal, she leads instructional and operational initiatives, oversees special education services, and supports educator development. Ms. Fleet looks forward to continuing her leadership journey as Principal of Plum Point Middle School in the fall, where she aims to foster an equitable, high-performing school community that ensures the success for all students.

Accomplishments/Reflection

In all of my accomplishments, I remain anchored in the words of Jeremiah 29:11. Each day I serve students, staff, and families, I am reminded of God’s faithfulness, how he has guided my path, protected me from harm, and allowed my future to unfold with purpose and promise.
